Come rain come shine may 30th-june 1st who would like to go I have all ready talked to a few I know want to hit this event. It is in portland Or I went last year and had some of the best lindy instructors ever!http://www.comerainorcomeshinepdx.com/staff_nick.html This year it looks like they have most of the same as last year plus more. here is the last teachers list I saw:
Nick Williams (should need no intro)
Ben Morris
Melina Ramirez
Mike Lenneville ( last year taught moves that were outside the normal lindy box I loved it)
Emily Schelstrate( teaches follows how to play while staying inside the lead)
Chuck Brown( not the west coast world camp. but the best west coast teacher IMO)
Patty Vo
Brenda C.K.(if you want to learn grace and amazing body movement she is the one to learn from)
Heidi Fite( blues master)
Andrew Slac( teaches a african movement class that will kick your booty bring an extra shirt for that class)
Cassie Wicken
Josh McLaughlin
Myles Munroe
Tessa Cunningham( amazing blues movement teacher)
Ida Jefsen
Geoff Young
Binky Mayerstein
Emily Erfurth
Jenica Krolicki
I move that this thread be filed in the "Out of Town" category. Seems more appropriate, all things considered. That being said:

There are so many things that I want to do, but this is one of the ones that I want to do the most. Please include me into your carpool plans, and I will try to get my bank balance into the triple digits by the end of May.
Nick Williams (should need no intro)
Yeah, you'd think not, but I keep mixing him up. Probably because I've met too many Nicks and too many Williamses, but never him. Fortunately, he's four of the top five hits on youtube for "nick lindy" so it's not to hard to find clips of him.
Chuck Brown( not the west coast world camp. but the best west coast teacher IMO)
I'm not sure what you meant to say exactly, but yeah, I'll vouch for him, too. He's good stuff.
Brenda C.K[/b].(if you want to learn grace and amazing body movement she is the one to learn from)
Brenda has taught at several workshops I've been to (okay, so two). I believe she may be my favorite dance teacher ever.
Andrew Slac( teaches a african movement class that will kick your booty bring an extra shirt for that class)
If I'm not mistaken, the actual title of the class was "Old-School Funk". He taught it with African movement principles, though. I will second the declaration of awesomeness. Also, he won the competition at this year's ULX. Just in case anybody forgot.
