I thought everybody knew about this, but apparently not.
That's right, there's going to be a little Chebuzz, Jr. joining us here in a couple of months. Cheri is due sometime in February (we don't have a specific date yet and we don't know the gender yet).
We'll keep you updated with all the exciting developments!
I just wanted to be the first to say congratulations.
That is so exciting. Found any cool names for your chebuzz?
Erin the little redhead girl
I'm all about naming my kid something like Nehor, or Coriantumr, or maybe Gadianton. That would be awesome! [Emoticon not found]
So that anyone who steals from him would be a Gadianton robber?

First? If you heard it here, your one of the last.

OOooo, someone just got burned.
I think you should just name the kid chebuzz jr.
allthatjazz:I think you should just name the kid chebuzz jr.
Sounds pretty intuitive to me.
Don't you think the poor kid would suffer being named after a mix of a girls name and a guys name?
I don't think of it as a mix of a girls' name and a boys' name. I think of it more as a mix of a girls' name and a style of haircut. o_O
He (or she) could pretend it was a cool foreign name
and fail. . ..
Fortunately I have an utterly unique last name and won't need to saddle my kids with a funky moniker
I am totally going to use that in conversation, now.
e.g.: "You again? Get out of here before I saddle you with a funky moniker!"
Ok... but you might not want to go around using that at work. I could see that as a sexual harrassment lawsuit just waiting to happen.
Congrats! That is sooooo cool. Hurray for swing babies! [Emoticon not found]
Last night at the skillet:
Julie: Scott, you got a haircut!
Scott: Julie, you've lost weight!
So, we found out yesterday that Chebuzz, Jr. is going to be a boy. [Emoticon not found]
congrats!
What's the correct pronunciation of "Chebuzz" anyway. "Shebuzz" or "Shbuzz"? "Shubuzz"?
Cheeee buzz?
i've always heard it somewhere between "ShBuzz" and "SheBuzz"
Well, I think if you pronounce Cheri correctly, with the accent on the last syllable, and then just drop the -ri. Now add Buzz on the end and you got it.
Jr. is coming along just fine. He is usually quite active though we think he might not quite be over jet lag yet because he only really moves a lot at night or early morning.
And it looks like he will be born over here in Cyprus. So we will post pictures for all of y'all when said event happens. Only 3 more months!!
hey chebuz, this is seth, bethany and I had our baby girl sariah almost 4 months ago. her name is sariah, she is doing awesome, she is very observant and alert
Because there are only 2 anesthesiologists on this island capable of doing an epidural, we had to schedule our baby's delivery for Feb 8. Or tomorrow!! We are both really excited!! [Emoticon not found]
Cheri will check into the hospital around 8 am (11 pm Feb 7 Mountain time) and begin the process. We are expecting the baby to come around 1 or 2 pm (4 or 5 am Mountain) unless the kid is stubborn. And since he is my son, that's a pretty good chance.
If anybody is interested, we've posted our thoughts on the matter: http://chebuzz.info
Pictures will be up on our site shortly after too.
And if you are really into it, I will be posting live updates on my twitter page (http://twitter.com/chebuzz) of all the breaking news.
Yay!! [Emoticon not found]
How exciting! CheBuzz Jr.'s birthday will be two days after mine! [Emoticon not found]
wow. so i'll be getting live twitter spam about the whole thing...
For those of you who didn't get live twitter spam, he's here! Born on Feb 9, 2008 at 11:47 pm after putting his mommy through 2 days of labor. He was 7 lbs 10 oz and is very cute (I don't lie to myself, I know he get's that from Cheri)
And pictures are up at our site (http://chebuzz.info/fotos)
