no helmet required. just don't let him try and follow an unleadable showy move that involves the follow ducking really fast while the leader kicks over her head. but if you do, make sure you duck really low and really fast. just a little smidgen of advice.

bwahahaha...... buut, i do have an admittedly sucky tuesday and thursday- 6 and 1/2 straight hours of class, with just an hour break on tuesdays in there..... (that is if I actually GO to all my classes... heh)
