    One carpeted furnished upstairs room w/ single (twin) bed. PC available with wireless Internet @ ~15 Mbps. Washer & dryer. Swamp cooler. Fully finished basement. Three rooms of antique wood dance floor. Impressive stereo sound system. Two fridges. Microwave (THAT WORKS!). Oven. Stove. Dishwasher (aka Thomas, jk). Lots of storage. Big yard. Pretty roses. Fresh grapes in August. Right by University Mall and Costco. 5-10 minutes from BYU & UVSC (AKA UVU). The Italian Place ("We Build Sandwiches"[Emoticon not found] within walking distance. Close to Gold's Gym. Near Ross (they have cool socks there). Two pretty stinking cool roommates. Home theater with projector and 5.1 surround. Potential to drastically improve swing dancing skills during the two months.
