Hello, my name is Craig. I started coming to Swing Kids lessons and dances last year because I wanted to try something new and have since fallen in love with swing.

I'm 19 and eager to learn more about dancing. I look forward to having a great semester before I leave on my mission.

No I haven't sent my papers in yet. I need to do the physical and dental stuff. I'll probably have them in by late Jan. or early Feb.

Yes. Definitely. You do not have to be a BYU student to be on team.

    Identify yourself.

btw, i was just kidding about trying out for the Swing Team. I don't have time to travel back and forth from SLC to Provo for team practice, and i'm not that good of a dancer.

Team is so awesome because your dancing improves leaps and bounds in a single semester. Plus you make so many friends. Hope to see you there tonight.

I don't know about numbers... but there weren't too many guys there. Most of the guys that tried out made it.

They divided into two teams though; A-Team (including Mr. T) and B-Team. So it's more like 2 teams of 12 than 1 team of 24.

How many people were on the team last year?

That depends on what you mean. Last year? We didn't have a team last year at this time. Last semester? 12 or so...

I think all but 1 of the guys made it. But I was surprised at the level of most of the guys. We had to cut 8 girls or so.

Anyway, I figured that we had 40 people at tryouts. I'm not sure if those numbers work out, but that's about what it was.

Yeah... last semester is what I meant. Sorry, my brain probably wasn't working at the time.
