just a friendly reminder to please sign up to volunteer. you don't have to work three hours if you don't want to. if you only want to work for an hour or two, thats fabulous as well. however, the tshirts are reserved only for those who work at least three hours over the weekend.
also, if you don't want to work but still want to help out, we are taking sign-ups to bring food for the late-night dances. (you don't have to go to the late-night dances, but that's what the food will be for.) chips, soda, bagels, cups, etc.
and if you sign up soon, you can pick when you want to volunteer!

Hey everyone! Here's some new information about volunteering:
If you pay for the entire weekend and work three hours, you get a free tshirt!
If you don't want to pay for everything, but still dance, you can still volunteer. For every three hours you work, you get into one dance for free (Saturday evening dance excluded).
You can either get a free tshirt or get in to dances for free, not both. Sorry. [Emoticon not found]
There are lots of openings still available, so please let me know what you want before everything fills up!
