It's true, she's the only one now. I claim the right of ex post facto.

ex post facto assumes that what was once legal has been outlawed... as far as i know, nothing has changed. you're most likely looking for the "past transgression" clause instead...

look at the picture again...then think about how criminals who aided prior to the incident can be prosecuted...in other words weve got ourselves a serious ladies man sittin round the corner, if u take my meanin.

my point was that there is no such thing as "accessory before the fact"... you can be an accessory to a crime, or an accessory after the fact, but "accessory before the fact" is both silly-sounding and non-existent.

    Putting this argument to rest...

Ex post facto does apply, because being a ladies' man was legal and is now illegal (for me) hence I can not be held accountable for being a ladies' man in the past.

Besides, you could say I was just VERY actively seeking, and now that I've found what I was seeking, I've settled down.

That and the picture was taken as a Swing Kids promotional picture to post in the boys dorms saying "I want YOU, for BYU Swing Kids Club!" Or at least that was the excuse we gave to get guy and girl playa pictures.

My birthday is next thursday! (Me, Jesus, and the Church... wahoo!)... anyways, I am considering (read- very likely to) having a party at my house again- there will be a little more dancing, as I actually now have speakers for my ipod, and we can do some more hottubbing... anyways... I'll probably post another thread and mention to those I see tomorrow night at the dance.

I'm telling you the truth! My mom wants to play my matchmaker so she found me an asian girl in Vietnam. I'm flying back to VN in June to meet my future bride, then we'll get married and live happily ever after.
