    Here's the clips I promised during the class Virgil and I taught today.

    Remember pay special attention to their swing-outs from open position. Take note of variations due to tempo, type of music, body type, etc... Focus on centering over steps (i.e. triple-steps), sending/receiving foot, solar plexis, momentum initiation/redirection/discontinuance (wow, that was a cool big word), pitch, point of connection, variations, flashlighting, ... anything else?     nice posts it is good to have some nice basics to watch over and over again I think watching the looped clip in class helped my basic tons yesterday.
