    Hi Everyone

    Just wanted to let everyone know that we're planning a kick-off meeting for ULX 2007 on Friday, August 18th from 7-9. This is the time to show up if you're interested in helping with the next exchange. Bring all your ideas! We'll review last year's exchange and talk about what we want for this year's event.

    Some things to think about are:

    venues

    bands

    late nights

    advertising

    DJs

    website

    t-shirts / merchandise

    incentives for volunteers

    We'll also be sending out personalized postcards to everyone who attended the last 2 exchanges, inviting them to join us this year (that's about 300 postcards). We have a potential sponsor for this year's event, so let's not be afraid to think big. We can always scale things back if we need to.

    There will be free pizza, pop and other goodies at this meeting, so come hungry and ready to write and share your ideas.
