Bug and I had a really good time the last time we taught a master's class at BYU, so we want to offer a session of classes for the more advanced dancers that everyone can afford.

SO... We're offering a special 3 week session in July for advanced dancers at a reduced rate of $15 for the whole thing! We know how it is to have to choose between dancing and eating, and we think everyone should be able to do both!

This class will be fast paced and concentrate on perfecting connection between lead and follow. We're going to teach some super cool moves that will help everyone, no matter what their level, improve the connection with their partner. AND, we're going to learn to dance fast!

WHAT'S MORE: To ensure nobody starves because they're taking this class, we're including a FREE package of ramen noodles with every registration!

This class is a special offer which won't be repeated soon, so make sure to take advantage of it now. Classes will be held on 3 Saturdays in July from 3-4 pm. (see our website for details)

*Note: To ensure this class moves at a faster pace. We will not accept drop-ins. All students must show up for the first class.

everyone in utah had better be taking advantage of all these great classes during the summer. think about it.

you work more hours (more money) than you do during the winter.

you have less school (less homework) than you do during the winter.

there are a ton of great classes (thanks tommy and bug) available.

and pretty much you're not going to be doing anything this cool if you don't go.

    so just do it.

    Starving Student Special!

3 Week Advanced Lindy Class, only $15:

We know how it is to have to decide between swing dancing and eating! We've designed this class specifically for active dancers who want to add a little something to their dancing, but don't have the budget to take regular classes. This class will concentrate on perfecting the art of lead and follow and we'll concentrate on leverage based moves that require a deeper understanding of connection. Trust us, it's gonna be cool.

Since this is a special class, we're only charging $15 for the whole thing! And as an added bonus, we're throwing in a FREE package of Ramen noodles with every registration! Now you can eat AND dance!

    Details:

    Where: Dance Sport Studio - 677 S, 200 W, Salt Lake City

    Time: Saturday Afternoons (July 1, 15, 22) 3-4 pm.

    Teachers: Tommy & Bug

Note: There will be no class on July 8th since Bug will be teaching in Phoenix that day.

looks like it is on a saturday.. you gonna drive out all of those weekends?

so... here's the deal. I'm still not sure what's going on... when is the wedding?

if the wedding is on the 8th of July, we dont' have a confilct...

if the wedding is on the 15th of July, we can hav e a class on the 8th, but it'll have to be at eight am! which is early... OR we can have it on a wednesday night at 8:00. maybe the wedensday night before camp hollywood. so everyone has cool stuff before they go to camp hollywood?

let me know what's going on for sure and I'll book the studio space.

Thanks guys! and this is going to be a fun class!

    The wedding is July 15th

Either the 8th or the Wednesday works for me.

(And I think t_roach was suggesting that we send the news about the workshop should be sent out using the Swing Kids email mailer)

Has the rule been changed? I would love to go to the last two classes, but I was under the impression that to keep it fast if you didn't go to all, it was a no-go. Tommy? Bug?
