    Hi Everyone

    We've managed to secure the Dance Sport Studio (formerly Strictly Business) for every third Friday of the month for an informal dance / practice party. There will be DJ'd music, and a laid back atmosphere where we can all work out new moves, improve technique, dance a little and hang out. Cost will be a mere $5.

    Our first one will be June 16.

    WHAT IS THIS TALK ABOUT THE DEATH OF THE SKILLET!!

    IT'S MORE ALIVE THAN EVER BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey Golden Skillet Fans,

    This Friday (June 9th) the Golden Skillet will take place in Bountiful. The Salt Lake Jitterbugs will be performing at the Bountiful Cruisin’ Street Party!!!!!!! For those of you who don’t know, the “Salt Lake Jitterbugs” is a team that we (Thing 1 and Thing 2) have organized to promote swing. We are planning on taking this team to Camp Hollywood to compete this year. This will be our premier performance and we hope you can all come to watch.

    TEAM MEMBERS INCLUDE: JAKE, RYAN, BRYSON, SHANE

    EMILY, SYDNEY, ERIN, JULIE

    Because there will be a live SWING BAND following our performance, we invite all Skillet Dancers to come join us, dancing in the cool night air in Downtown Bountiful. This will be a FREE event!!!! There will be Limbo and Hula Hoop competitions, activities, music, dancing, and lots of food.

    TIME: Events begin at 7:00pm

    Salt Lake Jitterbugs Performance at 8:15 pm

    LOCATION: Main Street Bountiful (Between Center Street and 100 South)

    COST: FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

    We will be announcing the new location of the GOLDEN SKILLET next week, so stay tuned.

    We are very excited about our new venue. We are bringing in some Awesome Guest DJ’s, and “THE CHALLENGE” is on!! RON, JEREMY and PARTNERS, have officially challenged SHANE, RYAN, and PARTNERS to a DANCE OFF!!! This is one event not to be missed, bringing you the coolest swing Utah has to offer. You (the audience) will be the judge!!

    The new venue will open June 16th.

    All of this will still be available to you for are normal cost of $3.00. YEAH!!!!!!!!!
