to put three operating systems on your computer?

:sigh: nerds. what will they think of next? [Emoticon not found]

To start press any key. Well where's the "any" key? I see Esc, Ctarl, and PigUp. There doesn't seem to be any any key! Phew. All this computer hacking is making me thirsty. I think I'll order a Tab. Oop! No time for that now, the computer's starting.

T'was possible some time ago. After all OS X is a BSD variant anyway, so you could have had BSD, Linux and Windows on a box years ago.

Oh, and I've put Windows on a mac or two already.

Bad editing... on both slaps he reaches through the monitor with is right arm, but on the second slap when it switches to the other view the elbow is on the wrong side of the monitor... as if he's suddenly thrust his left arm through instead.

Yeah... 2 different versions of Windows... no big deal. If you want to get technical like that, then I have had like 10 (considering that each kernel is a 'different' operating system. What we were talking about is 3 different (as in... completely) OSes running on the same machine. That would pretty much only include Winblows, *nix, and OS X (I know OS X is unix based, but I don't care [Emoticon not found] )

my little brother's "hextuple" booting Vista RC1, Advanced Server, XP MCE, FC6, Ubuntu and some hacked up dos with ntfs support (at least i think he's still got that one) [Emoticon not found]

maybe BSD, Linux, System V, OS X, etc are different enough to count as "different operating systems"? well, os x ~= bsd. and i wouldn't go so far as to say that mandriva or ubuntu is much different than gentoo... but i would say that OS/2 != win NT, even though they share a common heritage.

i'm headed the opposite direction. i'd rather have two computers sitting on my desk running the same (good) OS than have one computer running a bunch of different ones.
