Sometimes I wonder who are the guests that are always online whenever I check the forum. [Emoticon not found] 9 out of 10 times there is always 1 or 2 people marked online as "guest".... and I find myself wondering whether it's just Ash and Swingdoll forgetting to log-in, or an actual guest (ie non-hard-core member of the swing scene/new person checking out the forum/random internet passerby). I wonder if there is any type of web traffic counter type thing that is in use to tell us what kind of hits we are getting.... Justin?
i've wondered that too. sometimes, when i'm really lonely, i'll refresh lots in hopes that one of those guests will actually sign in.
It's not me anymore. Since moo man set my computer up I don't log in as guest anymore.
I haven't done the refresh thing (wow Traci) but I have found myself hoping and wishing that they would sign in and join us. [Emoticon not found]
It's because we are a scary, clique-y group. You know how we lash out at new people trying to become a 'forum junkie'
I actually know of a few of the guests that don't register because they live in Ogden, or some where far away and don't want to participate, but love seeing what goes on in the forum.
I've only forgotten to log in twice carpetman.
Buzz:... love seeing what goes on in the forum.
They like to see our comical antics and giggle to themselves quietly you mean?
Something like that.
Stalkers, all of them! [Emoticon not found]
i like to think of them not as guests, but as our friends of another login preference.
