WE, who posess MORE AUTHORITY than others, have, in our GREAT BENEVOLENCE, determined that there shall be an INCREASE in the overly OPPRESSIVE 6 kilobyte avatar size limit.
from THIS DAY forth, there shall be a 10 KILOBYTE limit. this is NEARLY DOUBLE the allotment given up to this point.
let the REJOICING begin!
