yes it technically can be beef or lamb... though when they are tacos al pastor (mexico city style), they are usually made of marinated pork..... those tacos are also called tacos de adobada...

how's the dancing at BYU in the summer? are there a lot of people?
I think it can vary.... though from what I hear a lot of the regulars should still be here, so it won't be too bad.
Some of my best summer dancing has been in a parking lot while eating snocones in logan (and swatting mosquitos when you stop dancing to eat your snocone) w/ memily, irage, etc....
I got started 2 summers ago because it was a free regular social activity. There are pluses and minuses to free dances in the terms of less experienced dancers. You as an aspiring BYU SKC member have the opportunity to make or break the club in this time period.
If all goes well, I might work across the street from our house!! =D
