Monster cable is way too expensive for everything. I would look at a different brand.

the Phillips or RCA brand high end cables at wal*mart (this or this) would be about half that much, and you wouldn't notice the difference... just don't get the crap ones. they cost $5 for a reason.

In Dante's rings of the inferno, I think that is number 4. K-Mart is on level 6.....

I think they are both on level 6. Kmart is affiliated with Martha Stewart, who is known to have made a deal with the devil for a chocolate cake recipe . Walmart has an ongoing contract with the devil to ensure "everyday low prices." [Emoticon not found]

But, if you must go to Walmart, go there between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. It's much more tolerable.

Your tax dollars supplement WalMart employees who don't get paid a living wage and many of them depend on medicaid. Way to get Uncle Sam to pay your bill, Sam Walton.

i listened to a show on NPR today about how Walmart has changed capitalism in America. it gave me another reason to avoid that store like the plague.

If you want a cheap solution for the time being, just use RCA cables (the standard video or sound type).

Not sure why you are getting sound.
